# Horecaflix pricing

> Three plans, each including the full platform with unlimited employees. The difference is the number of locations and the support level — never which features you get. Prices per month, excluding VAT. Annual billing is the default and cheapest option; monthly billing is possible at roughly 20% more.

**Every plan includes:** the full platform (all ~12 modules), unlimited employees, a 30-day free trial, a free migration service and no setup fees.

## What's in the platform (all plans)

Staff scheduling, announcements, team chat, knowledge base with SOPs, academy (e-learning), menu management, orders, tasks, checklists/HACCP, sensor monitoring (temperature), a website on your own domain, and reservations.

## Billing details

- **Annual billing** (default): lower monthly rate — roughly two months free — invoiced once per year.
- **Monthly billing**: slightly higher rate, cancellable monthly.
- No setup fees. No per-employee pricing: costs do not scale with team size.
- All prices exclude VAT.

### Is there a trial period?
Yes. You try Horecaflix free for 30 days with all features. After that you pick a plan or stop, at no cost.

### Are all features really included in every plan?
Yes. The full platform is included in Basic, Professional and Franchise. Plans differ in the number of locations and support level only.

### Do I pay per employee?
No. You pay per location, with unlimited employees.

### What does migration from my current tool cost?
Nothing. The migration service is free with every plan: we transfer your existing schedules, trainings, recipes and employees.

### What if I have more locations than Professional allows?
Choose Franchise: unlimited locations with SLA support and personal onboarding. Contact us for a custom proposal.
