Is there a trial period?
Yes. You try Horecaflix free for 30 days with all features. After that you pick a plan or stop, at no cost.
What is the difference between yearly and monthly billing?
With yearly billing you pay a lower monthly rate (about two months free) and we invoice once a year. Monthly is slightly higher, but cancellable monthly. Basic is €49 per month yearly or €59 monthly; Professional is €89 per month yearly or €105 monthly.
Is every feature really in every plan?
Yes. The full platform is in Basic, Professional and Franchise. The difference is the number of locations and the support level, not which features you get.
Do I pay per employee?
No. You pay per location, with unlimited employees. Your cost does not scale with the size of your team.
What does migrating from my current tool cost?
Nothing. The migration service is free on every plan: we move your existing data over.
What if I have more locations than Professional allows?
