Terms of service

These terms apply to the use of this website and the Horecaflix platform (app.horecaflix.com), offered by Horecaflix, a product of ICT-Vitamins. Questions about these terms? Contact us at info@horecaflix.com.

Trial period

New customers can try Horecaflix free for 30 days, with all features and no obligation. The trial ends automatically: without actively choosing a plan, no costs arise.

Subscriptions and payment

Horecaflix offers three plans (Basic, Professional and Franchise/Custom); every plan includes the full platform with unlimited employees. Prices are per location per month and exclude VAT. Annual billing carries a lower rate and is invoiced once a year; monthly billing carries a higher rate.

Cancellation

A monthly subscription can be cancelled monthly. An annual subscription runs per year and renews for another year unless cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual term. There are no setup fees and no cancellation fees.

Your data

The data you put into the platform (schedules, trainings, recipes, employee data) remains yours. When your subscription ends, you can request an export of your data. The processing of personal data is covered by the privacy statement.

Availability

We aim for the highest possible availability of the platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is carried out outside peak hours where possible. Additional agreements (SLA) may apply to Franchise/Custom plans.

Use of the platform

You use Horecaflix for the operations of your own organisation and keep login credentials confidential. Using the platform for unlawful purposes or disrupting its operation is not permitted.

Liability

Horecaflix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or the platform. Any liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the preceding twelve months.

Changes

We may change these terms and the subscription prices. Material changes are announced in advance; for existing subscriptions, price changes only take effect at the next renewal.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
